|Description:||There will be two segments to this workshop: Sales & Use Tax: This segment explains the differences between the Kansas Retailers’ Sales Tax, the Kansas Retailers’ Compensating Use Tax and the Kansas Consumers’ Compensating Use Tax. You will be given a basic understanding of the goods and services subject to sales tax and applicable exemptions. It will also explain the record keeping, filing requirements and form preparation. Estimated Tax: This segment explains what estimated taxes are and provides the requirements and procedure for paying Kansas estimated income tax. This is a very valuable workshop for any business owner or future business owner and we hope that you will take the time to attend. Registration is required by October 30th.|
|Instructions:||This workshop will be held at the Augusta City Hall in Augusta.|
Registration and Fees: Payment of seminar fees may be made by check, money order or credit card. Payment must be received to guarantee your space in an event.
